Deciding to start a family can be an exciting and scary choice. Especially, when you decide to do it on your own. It can feel overwhelming at times and every choice you make from the time you decide to start that journey is all yours. There is a power in that. It makes you a warrior.

I know there are people out there who are thinking about starting a family on their own, are already rocking that solo-mom life, or are just looking for more information, and if any part of my journey, experiences, information, or advice can benefit them in any way, I’m happy that I’m able to help arm them for battle.

I have always dreamed about becoming a mom. After all the failed relationships and my 35th birthday looming around the corner, I decided to take that courageous next step and began my journey to transform myself from a woman into a warrior, a single-mom-by-choice.
